Live in Northeast Philadelphia?
Ask your city councilperson, Pennsylvania State senator and representative, as well as your Federal Senators and House representative to bring maternity services back. Also, ask them to support state-wide insurance legislation called CAP, or, Cover All Pennsylvanians (click to read a pdf that explains CAP; pdf courtesy of Philadelphia Unemployment Project).
