“The winners are a real testament to the fact that every employer can be breastfeeding-friendly. No matter the size or type of business, virtually any business can support breastfeeding employees with minimum effort. All it takes is commitment and modest accommodations.”- Esther K. Congratulations to the 2008
Breastfeeding-Friendly Business Awardees!!
Breastfeeding is the best means of nutrition for the baby’s cognitive development. It also reduces an infant’s risk for disease and a mother’s risk for breast and cervical cancer; strengthens the mother-baby bond; comforts the infant while also reducing mom's anxiety levels, and promoting postpartum weight loss.
