The Latina Momobile®, serving pregnant and newly parenting Latina women in Northeast Philadelphia, is founded in 1990.
MCC expands its services in West Philadelphia, Strawberry Mansion, North and South Philadelphia, and other neighborhoods of Philadelphia. |

In 1998, a new partnership is formed with the YMCA of Greater Philadelphia to initiate a new Early Head Start Program in South Philadelphia.
MCC advocates for families at state, local, and national levels on issues such as national health reform, mandated managed care, welfare reform, and health care for the uninsured.
