Cynthia Waters joined MCC in 2000 as the Coordinator of MCC's Early Head Start program, and in February 2001, she assumed the role of Director of the MOMobile® and Early Head Start programs. Cynthia is responsible for overall program operations, quality of service delivery, community development, staff management and training for the MOMobile and Early Head Start programs. Cynthia brings over 25 years of direct service and management experience in women's health care delivery, community organizing and staff development.
