Maternity Care Coalition's MOMobile staff can help you understand how public benefits may help your family. We can help you enroll in:
- Child Care Subsidy
- Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
- Food Stamp Program
- Medicaid
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)
- Women's Infants and Children's Supplemental Food Program (WIC)
We also help wage earners receive the Earned Income Tax Credit, and we assist parents who are receiving TANF navigate Pennsylvania's Welfare to Work Program. The MOMobile program supports parents in setting achievable goals, participating in education and training, accessing and utilizing child care, and gaining and maintaining employment.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Access to Social Services (COMPASS)
COMPASS lets you apply online for many public benefits in Pennsylvania including cash, medical, CHIP, food stamps, LIHEAP and more.

If you have trouble getting prenatal care appointments, call your
Managed Care Company’s hotline for pregnant women. If you are not
receiving the help you need, ask to be connected with the Special Needs
Coordinator. Each Managed Care Organization has a Special Needs
Coordinator who is there to assist you with finding a provider and
getting timely prenatal care appointments. |
